  1. Who we are.   2. What we collect. Only what you give us.
    • Through the enquiry form: your name, phone number, optional email address, the service you pick and your message.
    • When you phone, WhatsApp or email us: your number or address and what you send us.
    • The website itself collects nothing automatically. There are no analytics, no tracking cookies and no ad pixels.

  3. Why we collect it. To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange the work you ask for.
  4. Voluntary or not. Giving us your details is voluntary. We do need at least your name and a contact number to reply.
  5. If you don't give them. We can't respond to your enquiry.
  6. Lawful basis. Your consent, and taking the steps you ask for before an agreement with you (POPIA section 11(1)(a) and (b)). No law requires us to collect this information for an enquiry.
  7. Outside South Africa. WhatsApp (Meta), email providers, Google Maps (only if you click “Show map”) and our web host may store or process information outside South Africa. We only use established providers that protect personal information (POPIA section 72).
  8. Who sees it. Only our staff who handle your enquiry, and the service providers above. We never sell your information. We won't send you marketing messages unless you ask us to, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
  9. How long we keep it. Only as long as we need it for your enquiry and our normal business records. Then we delete it.
  10. Security. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep your information safe (POPIA section 19). If a breach ever affects you, we'll tell you and the Information Regulator, as POPIA section 22 requires.
  11. Your rights. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to us using it and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact our Information Officer.
